Day to Day:

Compensation:

$152,500 - $250,000+ yearly at plan

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Conduct property showings with enthusiasm and professionalism, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for property listings.
  • Utilize provided leads to build and maintain a robust client base, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and developments to offer clients informed and timely advice.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate sales and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and a willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Ability to conduct property showings with enthusiasm, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Experience in using CRM systems or other tools to manage client relationships and track interactions.
