A renowned beauty brand is seeking a dynamic
Retail Marketing Manager
to join its growing team. This is a
full-time, hybrid role
based in the City of Industry. The position requires
full onsite presence for the first 30-60 days
, transitioning to a
3-day onsite / 2-day remote
schedule thereafter.

Position Overview
Reporting to the AVP of Brand Marketing, the Retail Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand growth and visibility across all retail channels. This individual will lead marketing initiatives that align with brand strategy, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Creative teams, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms. A strong understanding of the retail landscape, e-commerce, and digital marketing is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic retail marketing plans across all trade channels.
  • Partner with the AVP, Brand Marketing to build and manage annual marketing plans, including sales targets, promotional strategies, and advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee the Marketing team in launching new products, promotions, and brand communications.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing to develop account-specific strategies and optimize product flow, pricing, and promotional efforts.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website development, and online campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing platforms and marketing collateral.
  • Analyze market trends, category performance, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage brand P&L and marketing budgets in partnership with Finance.
  • Lead campaign reviews, incentive planning, and new business initiatives.
  • Guide Creative teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with Merchandising and Trade Marketing on planogram optimization and assortment strategies.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar retail marketing role.
  • Experience in FDM (Food, Drug, Mass) Color Cosmetics is required.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and the evolving retail landscape.
