Ecommerce Channel Specialist

is a leading national pool supply company offering all items needed to own and operate a swimming pool. Our goal is to offer all consumers products and brands that they not only trust, but depend on for pool sanitization, safety and fun. The primary method of sales is through e-commerce channels with shipments directly to the end user.

We have an opening for an administrative position that supports a senior account manager. This in house position assists in the daily operation of managing the sales account for an established local Amazon seller. This role requires being onsite 100%.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Completes work assigned by the Amazon Channel Manager:

• Collaborates with Content Specialists, Graphic Designers, and Purchasing Department to onboard new products and upgrade existing listings and placement to improve results.

• Monitors and maintains Amazon's performance metrics.

• Ensures compliance with Amazon policies.

• Participates in review of Product Condition Customer Complaint Report.

• Lists products more effectively by working with team members and Amazon Seller Assistance Service suggestions.

• Assists in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) tasks.

• Provides support to ecommerce Department team members as well as perform duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience working in ecommerce.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with a high level of effectiveness.
• Experience with Adobe design software a plus.
• Experience using Google Analytics a plus.

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
