Role Overview: We're seeking a motivated Graphic Designer to support our creative team in the execution of brand and design projects, including website graphics and visual assets. This role is ideal for a developing or early-career designer who wants hands-on experience in a boutique agency setting — with real client work, thoughtful feedback, and direct collaboration with experienced designers.

You'll work closely with our Creative Director and design team, gaining exposure to client-driven branding projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize logo file packages and brand asset kits
  • Assist with the design of stationery and branded collateral
  • Update website design elements using templated systems (no web development experience required)
  • Support the Creative Director and design team on ongoing client projects
  • Collaborate on the development of custom brand identities for startups and established businesses
  • Participate in design reviews, project discussions, and creative brainstorming sessions

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and branding
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Curious, coachable, and open to constructive feedback
  • Interest in branding and marketing for professional industries such as finance
  • Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere) is a plus
