Job Description:

Maintains responsibility for assigned clerical support functions primarily involving word processing, document management/authentication, data entry, and record keeping.Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: Required: Minimum of six (6) months secretarial experience with emphasis on computer data entry, word processing and record keeping systems. Preferred: Minimum 2 years clerical/office experience Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize effectively. Ability to use Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and perform record keeping functions accurately and efficiently. Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and employee records and information. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families and coworkers, field staff, physicians, and community resources. Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
