HRIS Coordinator

Wage Range: $ $30.00 / hour

Position Summary:

Reporting to the HRIS Specialist, the HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS system. The role supports the HRIS Specialist by managing data entry, generating reports, and assisting in troubleshooting system issues. 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

•    Generate and distribute standard ad hoc HR reports to support business and compliance needs

•    Provide front line support to employees and managers regarding HRIS access, navigation, and troubleshooting

•    Collaborate with HR team to ensure data consistency and process efficiency

•    Monitor data integrity through regular audits and quality checks

•    Perform analysis and troubleshooting to identify and reconcile data discrepancies

•    Serve as a back up to HRIS Specialist

•    Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• years of experience in HR, HRIS, or data administration

•    Demonstrated success as an administrator or analyst of an HRIS system, ideally Paycom, or equivalent experience; especially helpful is experience developing new configurations, automations, and/or reports

•    Strong verbal and written communication skills

•    Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

Preferred:

•    Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and employee information

•    Ability to build trusted relationships, provide feedback and meaningful support to continuously improve the leaders and culture

•    Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing and changing priorities

•    Experience developing new configurations, automations, and / or reports
