We're expanding our heavy-duty division and looking for a skilled Mobile Alignment Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Alignment Technician to perform on-site heavy-duty truck and trailer alignments using Hunter HD alignment equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience, strong diagnostic skills, and thrives in an independent, field-based role.

This position requires night and weekend availability, as many of our fleet clients operate after-hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform mobile alignments on Class 6–8 trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty equipment
  • Use Hunter alignment systems to ensure precision and professional results
  • Inspect and diagnose suspension, steering, and tire wear issues
  • Communicate alignment results clearly with dispatch and customers
  • Maintain company service truck, tools, and alignment equipment
  • Follow all safety and quality standards during service operations
  • Support additional mobile service or mechanical work as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in truck alignments or heavy-duty mechanical work
  • Experience using Hunter HD alignment equipment (WT674 or similar) strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Class C required; Class B a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving, mechanical, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends

Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Nights and weekends required (some flexibility based on client demand)
