Overview

As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating an exceptional guest experience. Our motto is to have every guest leave happier than when they came into our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
  • Manage reservations and walk-in guests.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Serving food and drinks accurately and efficiently
  • Oversight of golf simulators and the overall X-Golf experience

Talents required to excel in the position:

  • Prior background in high end bar/lounge or restaurant is a plus
  • Individuals who have a high energy and exhibit a great attitude on a daily basis
  • Experience in guest services, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Proficiency in POS systems, specifically Square POS, is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members and management
  • Being part of a team culture that works together to create an enhanced experience that makes the environment a joyful place for the guests as well as employees is a basic requirement
  • Background knowledge of golf/a love for the game
