Position Summary:

On Location is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Product Operations Specialist to manage the support of proprietary inventory and content management systems, along with third-party tools used by the Olympic and Paralympic teams. This role acts as the first line of support for system issues, manages product and inventory builds, and ensures system accuracy and consistency. The Senior Coordinator partners with product development, operations, and technology teams to improve processes, support testing, and deliver reliable system outputs that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of support for system-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving requests across product and functional teams.
  • Extensive management of product systems and 3rd party tools to build and maintain product offerings, inventory, system portals and extract data for operations.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on proprietary inventory and content management systems and related tools.
  • Test and validate system enhancements; document results and identify further development needs.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation (e.g., QA checklists, workflow guides, training resources).
  • Train team members in system best practices and ensure consistency in workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with product development, technology, marketing, and program management teams to streamline product builds and establish efficiencies.
  • Support special projects with defined deliverables to improve processes and system performance.
  • Identify and remove system-related roadblocks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, operations or related field (ticketing, sports management, or project management are also relevant).

· Experience with inventory and ticket management systems, point-of-sale solutions, or related tools

· Proven track record of strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

· Familiarity with multiple software platforms such as Office 365, Jira, PIMs, and collaboration systems.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis to support reporting and operational decision-making.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
