multi-family residential projects
. With several major developments recently secured, this is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a construction professional ready to take ownership of complex, high-profile urban projects.

Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-family residential construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal development, design, and construction teams to ensure alignment across all phases.
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and municipal agencies.
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers and field staff.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues.

Profile

  • 8+ years of experience
    in construction project management, with a strong focus on
    multi-family or mixed-use developments
    .
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, urban construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project delivery models.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Desired Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on multi-family or mixed-use developments.

Proven track record of delivering complex, urban construction projects on time and within budget.
