Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral artistry, horticulture, and customer service. This role involves designing beautiful floral arrangements for retail sales, events and workshops, maintaining a well-organized workspace, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Min 2 years floral experience required.

Duties

  • Create custom floral arrangements for events, holidays, and everyday occasions with attention to detail and brand guidelines.
  • Assist customers in selecting flowers and floral products, providing expert advice on floral design and care.
  • Maintain the floral display area, ensuring it is attractive, organized, and stocked with fresh flowers and supplies.

Qualifications

  • Min 2 years floral experience.
  • Knowledge of retail sales processes including POS operation, cash handling, merchandising, and cashiering.
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, inventory management, and display setup.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while providing outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
