Position Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. This role requires a balance of creative vision, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to manage day-to-day operations and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.

· Analyzing the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan.

· Creating captivating content for our organization's social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content.

· Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.

· Developing and overseeing drawings and campaigns to draw attention to our brand.

· Monitoring and responding to agent feedback, comments and social media posts

· Creates and hosts monthly trainings for agents.

· Availability for one-on-one calls to assist agents.

· Develops handout materials for trainings as needed.

· Creates social media packages and assets for distribution to agents.

· Maintains the event calendar on site and handles promotional event messaging across social platforms and email campaigns.

· Assists with the creation of email campaigns on Listrak and Klaviyo.

· Coordinates collection of event photo/video coverage from other departments as needed.

· Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.

· Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new social media strategies and opportunities.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven work experience (typically 3-5 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role.

· Deep understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, and best practices for engaging content.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional copywriting and editing abilities.

· Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating visually appealing assets.

· Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.

· Proficient in social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.

· Creative thinking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is often preferred.
