Institutional Sales DirectorPosition Overview
Bullish is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager of Liquidity Sales to join our growing team. This individual will be a key contributor to our institutional sales efforts, responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships with a portfolio of digital asset issuers and professional trading firms. You will play a hands-on role in expanding our client base, showcasing the value of our technology and liquidity solutions, and ensuring client success. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital asset markets, specifically from the protocol perspective, and a proven track record in institutional client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and execute on a sales plan to onboard new asset issuers, including digital asset protocols, foundations, and treasuries, as well as hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and proprietary trading firms. Effectively communicate the benefits of the Bullish Exchange to potential clients.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of institutional clients. Serve as their primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and helping them maximize their use of the Bullish platform.
Business Development: Use protocol specific knowledge and work alongside the team to add institutional structure, scale, and reporting processes for our growing Liquidity Services business. Build upon our current offering to include new products and services that would grow our total addressable market and client franchise.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our Trading, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver tailored liquidity solutions that meet client needs. Provide crucial market feedback and client insights to help inform the development of new products and features.
Market Expertise: Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the digital asset space. Act as a subject matter expert for your clients and a valuable resource for internal teams.
Experience & Qualifications:
3+ of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within financial services, with a clear focus on institutional clients.
Demonstrated success in an individual contributor sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
A deep understanding of digital asset markets, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency trading.
Strong knowledge of financial market structure, liquidity drivers, and institutional trading workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Bullish US LLC & CoinDesk Inc. are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits. Offered salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
