The Pizza Box is looking for friendly, dependable Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our small but mighty kitchen team. We operate two unique locations — our food truck kitchen at Antiques on High (Brewery District/German Village) and our in-house kitchen at Getaway Brewing (Dublin). Both locations focus on quality ingredients, teamwork, and a relaxed but fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a mix of Neapolitan and Detroit-style pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and small bites. Each shift runs with a tight-knit team of two, so we're looking for cooks who can work efficiently, communicate clearly, and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and maintain organized workstations
  • Assist with cooking and assembling menu items to recipe standards
  • Ensure dishes are beautifully presented and delivered promptly
  • Keep prep and cooking areas clean and sanitized at all times
  • Communicate with the Kitchen Manager when stock runs low
  • Collaborate with bar staff and fellow cooks to ensure smooth service

Who We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in cooking, prep, or the food industry
  • Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and food safety practices
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently when needed
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Culinary school experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be 21 years old to apply
