Duties:

• Warmly greet customers and provide an exceptional, welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect inspirational product to meet their needs.
• Operate the cash register with precision and efficiency.
• Demonstrate products and answer customer inquiries to promote sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold a positive atmosphere.
• Stay informed about products and promotions to offer knowledgeable recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with both colleagues and customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
• Assist in inventory management and product replenishment.
• Participate in jewelry creation, including hands-on bracelet making.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style and preferences

- Provide product demonstrations to showcase the features and quality of jewelry items

- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales

- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently

- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Maintain a visually appealing display of jewelry products to attract customers

- Supervise inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed

Requirements

- Experience in sales, particularly in retail sales environments

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele

- Capability to conduct product demos to showcase jewelry features

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
