Join Our Team: Make a Real Impact as a Soccer Shots Coach
Are you passionate about positively impacting children aged 2-8 through soccer? Join our team to deliver fun, high-energy sessions and help foster a love for the game and character development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging 30-45 minute soccer classes, following our proven curriculum.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, including managing classroom transitions where applicable.
- Maintain professionalism and consistency, upholding Soccer Shots' values in all interactions.
- Handle session preparation, communication with supervisors, and administrative tasks efficiently.
What We Offer:
- Comprehensive training and ongoing development based on early childhood education principles.
- Opportunities for personal and professional growth within our international franchise (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations).
- Flexible scheduling to fit your availability (Monday-Friday or weekends, 9 AM - 6 PM).
We're Looking For Coaches Who Are:
- Punctual, accountable, and excellent communicators.
- Passionate about youth development through soccer.
- Reliable, with consistent transportation.
- Committed to coaching for the entire Fall Season (August 31 - December 7, 2025) and available to start soon.
Referral Incentive:
- Refer someone who is interested and can coach the whole Fall Season, and receive a referral fee of $150.00 per person.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $26.00 per hour
