Security Officer Job Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking for professionals, customer-service-oriented Upscale Security Officer to join our team in Armed officer. These positions are ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional service to clients, guests.

We are looking for:

  • Armed Officer: Monday - Thursday from 8:30am to 5pm

Areas: Fort Lauderdale, 33315

Security Officer Job Duties:

  • Greeting personnel and visitors upon arrival in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Secures premises by patrolling, monitoring and surveilling assigned area.
  • Challenges anyone engaged in suspicious activity.
  • Will report any irregularities and call law enforcement if needed.
  • Completes incidents and shift reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills

  • Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role.
  • Provided evidence of have served at least 2 years in a responsible full-time security position.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You must have a valid Class D License;
  • You must have a valid Class G License;
  • You must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English
  • You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
  • You must be able to pass a drug screen
  • You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
