**Customer Service Representative – Fredericksburg, VA

Salary: $23.82 per hour / $47,997.30 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 for active P&C (Property and Casualty) General Lines Insurance license holders
Jumpstart Bonus: Receive a $1,000 bonus after completing training and orientation (6 months)**

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience providing outstanding customer service
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
