Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fine dining restaurant environment. As a Food Runner, Hookah server and Busser you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, enhancing their dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food Hookah to the dining area bussing the tables efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist servers in ensuring that all orders are complete and presented correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay any special requests or modifications from guests.
  • Help with food handling and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Support catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of food items.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Skills

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork and guest interaction.
  • A proactive attitude towards helping others, whether it's assisting colleagues or providing exceptional service to customers.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
