Summary
The role of the Production Support Specialist is to execute daily production jobs and monitor the tasks necessary to ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of customer and client data. In addition, the Production Support Specialist will interact closely with clients and programming staff to provide support and resolve issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Executes data processing tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as defined by the production schedule.
- Ensures assigned tasks are properly represented on the Production schedule and in procedure documentation.
- Addresses and resolves client support calls as directed to the Production Support team.
- Monitors all data processing during shift and works with support teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Designs and scripts the implementation of new tasks as requested by the Application Development and Implementation teams.
- Automates current manual tasks to improve accuracy, efficiency, and productivity; experience with automation tools, especially Stonebranch, is highly preferred.
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
- Accomplishes all tasks as appropriate.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Ability to perform checks, maintain logs, generate reports, and produce documentation.

Qualifications
Experience, Education, and Licensure
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, or two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Scripting language competency (Powershell, Python) required.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation tools strongly desired.
Language Skills
Ability to read and analyze reports and technical documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
- Ability to effectively present information and document resolutions to technical issues.
