Job Description

Naxos of America, Inc. is seeking a qualified Marketing Coordinator for a temporary assignment (approximately 4 - 5 months).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·
Collaborate
with the Director of Marketing to create and execute company-wide marketing strategies, promotional partnerships and digital marketing campaigns across all managed platforms.

· Coordinate new release marketing with artists and labels, sourcing and creating marketing assets, and scheduling all messaging across communication channels

· Contribute to social media editorial strategy, including creating post content, design, and overall approach

· Create copy, links, and creative assets for use on various owned social media properties such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

· Assist with scheduling and monitoring of social media advertising for all priority owned and distributed label titles and curate digital marketing priorities through analysis of artist/composer presence, repertoire, and available content

· Assist with on-platform DSP paid marketing efforts, including but not limited to Spotify Marquee, Spotify Audio Ads, and YouTube Advertising

· Write, design, and optimize weekly B2C email marketing newsletters for owned retail channels

· Support Amazon marketing efforts, including the creation of enhanced product listings via A+ Content and assisting with Amazon Sponsored Products ad strategy and management

· Support promotional partnerships with DSP platforms, online retailers, and distributed labels

· Create and optimize LinkFire Smart URLs for priority titles and distributed releases, including analytics reporting and release date preparation

· Design visual content through use of applications such as Photoshop, Adobe Spark, and iMovie for use in digital marketing campaigns

· Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

· Must have excellent writing and communication skills, including a natural ability to convey excitement and enthusiasm.

· Comprehensive knowledge and interest in classical music strongly preferred.

· Must be a self-starter actively looking to optimize processes & strategy, and flexible to change

· Proficiency with social media platforms and management, especially Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Familiarity with other social media platforms and personal interest in social media preferred.

· Experience in corporate email design and management is an asset. Familiarity with e-mail marketing platforms (eg. MailChimp) preferred.

· Must have a good visual eye for design, including the ability to design social media graphics quickly and effectively. Experience with Adobe Suite products or other design programs is an asset. Video editing experience is an asset.
