Maintenance Technician I

WinnCompanies is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician I to join our team at AP Lofts, a 147-unit affordable housing community located in Buffalo, NY.In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.The pay range for this role is $ $22.00 per hour dependent on experience.
