About the student

  • 4th & 7th grade student (siblings)
  • The students both want to work with a tutor to learn Latin. They are both brand new to Latin and have not started learning it yet.
  • The goal is for both students to have a good understanding of the fundamentals of Latin. They both want to be prepared for when they begin Latin at school.
  • Family wants 1 hour sessions once a week, between6pm-8pm, on either Wednesday or Sunday.
  • Family is seeking a tutor who can meet at their home in Katy.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates have prior experience working with students.
  • Ideal candidates will be fluent in both Latin & English.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience teaching Latin.
  • Willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles)
  • Due to insurance requirements, applicants must not be a minor.

Student Availability

WED & SUN: 6:00pm-8:00pm

Pay & Benefits

  • $27.00-$30.00 per hour
  • Flexible schedule - choose sessions that fit your availability
  • Professional independence - use your own materials and teaching methods
  • Easy-to-use platform available for logging sessions and invoicing
  • Due to insurance requirements applicants must not be a minor.
