Mortgage Loan Officer

A Mortgage Loan Officer provides professional financial services to the public to allow customers to finance the purchase of residential real property and/or to refinance existing mortgages secured by residential real property. Mortgage Loan Officers work independently and make sales calls to potential customers, and referral sources. This is a sales position which requires frequent work outside of the office at business development functions and community events, to conduct office visits of real estate agencies, and attorneys, and to meet with loan applicants.
