  • Performs all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
  • Works with hiring managers to analyze position details, ensuring clarity in the role and it's outlined correctly for candidate engagement, and supports through the review and selection process.
  • Determines and executes recruiting strategies for open positions.
  • Effectively utilizes in-house applicant tracking, on-boarding systems, and external tracking systems
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts and pipelines to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Reviews resumes and qualifications for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Coordinates with candidates and hiring managers to schedule phone and onsite interviews. Supports hiring managers through the interview process, including use of interview guides and coaching on interviewing techniques and behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
  • Travels to other work locations/sites to meet with hiring managers, interview candidates, facilitate selection processes, etc.
  • Extends offers of employment to selected candidates – verbally and in writing – under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of InnovAge compensation policy. Manages any offer negotiations and coordinates with the final candidate and hiring manager.
  • Ensures unsuccessful candidates are communicated with as appropriate – i.e. receive courtesy declines.
  • Ensures compliance with established departmental and company policies, state and federal employment regulations.
  • Tracks, compiles, and provides management with recruiting metrics, reports, status updates, and information as requested. Utilizes this information to monitor the recruiting function, manage performance, and improve results.
  • Prepares and analyzes recruiting metrics and other data to monitor and improve the process and for compliance with legal regulations and with organization goals and policies.

REQUIRED

  • 8+ years direct sourcing/recruiting experience including non-exempt and exempt positions.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience

PREFERRED

  • Recruiting experience in a healthcare environment
  • Experience recruiting transportation-related roles
  • Knowledge of iCims Recruiting Systems
