Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective territory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer service, with experience in B2B sales and technology sales being highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Upsell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs to inform future product development.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in B2B sales or technology sales preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and territory management tools is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, direct sales, and account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience in retail sales or inside sales can be beneficial but is not required.
  • Analytical skills to assess market conditions and drive strategic decisions in the field.
