Optimal Care Hospice Clinical Managers are Registered Nurses who manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services to clients in a safe, cost-effective manner. The Clinical Manager may assist in education and training related to the clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Required Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Current State License as a Registered Nurse 2-3 years experience as a Registered Nurse Nursing skills as defined by accepted nursing standards Current and valid driver's license Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and CHAP standards Demonstrates ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients, families, and caregivers in varied settings and to function effectively in the home or nursing facility environment Demonstrates skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with ill, disabled, terminal patients, family emotional stress, and tolerance of individual lifestyles Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities, documentation requirements, and deadlinesDesired Qualifications
BSN preferred Home Health or Hospice experience is preferredLocation

Office Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday Background ScreeningOptimal Care conducts a background screening upon acceptance of a contingent job offer.
