Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including Accounts Payables, Bookkeeping, Office Administration, Data Entry, and Inventory Management. This role involves managing various accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing support in financial reporting and analysis. The Accounting Admin will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with audits, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements
  • Perform accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and ensure compliance.
  • Support budgeting processes and cash flow analysis to enhance financial planning.
  • Conduct data entry for accounts payables.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Sage for efficient bookkeeping and financial reporting.
  • Manage all inventory as it relates to the job.

Requirements

  • Experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or non-profit accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of technical accounting concepts, including accrual accounting and double entry bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in financial software applications for effective data management.
  • Experience with auditing processes and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
