Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support the execution of Beloform Craft's communication strategies. This role ensures consistent messaging, assists in coordinating internal and external communications, and contributes to brand alignment across projects. The ideal candidate excels in written communication, organization, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing communication strategies to support company goals.

  • Draft, proofread, and edit written materials for internal and external communications.

  • Coordinate communication flow between departments to ensure timely delivery of information.

  • Monitor and maintain consistency in brand voice across all written content.

  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and company announcements.

  • Maintain organized documentation and communication records for ongoing projects.

  • Collaborate with team members to prepare materials for meetings, events, and client interactions.
