Seeking a Wellness Sales Associate to Elevate Our Spa Experience

What You'll Do

As a Wellness Sales Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of the studio — creating an atmosphere that's welcoming, educational, and results-driven.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Sales: Confidently present and sell memberships, packages, and add-ons, following up with leads and building relationships with prospective members.
  • Guest Experience: Greet, check in, and walk guests back to their private suites with warmth and professionalism.
  • Studio Tours: Educate guests on the benefits of infrared, red light, and chromotherapy treatments.
  • Assist Head of Sales: Support the sales process, assist with outreach and events, and jump in where needed to meet studio goals.
  • Assist with Local Events & Pop-Ups: Represent beem at community events, local businesses, and pop-ups to promote services, collect leads, and drive new membership sign-ups.
  • Operations: Keep the studio pristine — including sauna cleaning between sessions, laundry, and light housekeeping to ensure every guest enjoys a spotless experience.
  • Mindbody Management: Use Mindbody software to manage appointments, memberships, and client profiles accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a passionate, upbeat team that values communication, accountability, and positivity.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (fitness, spa, or boutique studio environment preferred).
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed personal and team goals.
  • Comfort with in-person and phone-based sales conversations.
  • Experience with Mindbody or similar client management software.
  • Weekend availability and flexibility for studio needs.
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and genuine love for helping people.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

  • Empathetic and compassionate nature, enabling you to connect with guests on a deeper level, fostering genuine connections and understanding their individual needs.
  • Results driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets and completely comfortable with the sales process both in person and over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with guests and deliver personalized service, actively listening to colleagues and providing thoughtful feedback, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
