We invite all interested Hanover employees to apply for the Property Manager position at Hanover Colony Place in Plymouth, MA.

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of Hanover experience or equivalent organization.
  • Currently in a Leasing Manager (6 months minimum) or Property Manager position with Hanover.
  • Experience participating in Monday Leasing Calls and/or Financial Calls.
  • Demonstrated experience with lease renewal negotiations and strong knowledge of the eviction process including MA tenant law.
  • Experience being involved with maintenance operations and/or exposed to CAM and/or HOA.
  • Experience working at a stabilized property and reducing delinquency.
  • Experience with affordable housing.
  • Experience with third party management is preferred.
