Position Summary
Patrin Pharma is seeking a full-time, on-site Operations & Financial Planning Analyst. This role supports supply chain planning, financial analysis, inventory management, and new product launch planning. The Analyst will support new product opportunities evaluation with market share and competitive assessments, developing financial models, and supporting decision-making. Responsibilities also include monitoring supply and demand trends, coordinating with contract manufacturing partners, and preparing insights for senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning & Procurement
· Monitor finished goods inventory and plan for replenishment based on demand.
· Maintain accurate supply lead times and order components to avoid production delays.
· Recommend purchase orders (POs) for finished goods and components; coordinate open PO scheduling and delivery schedules.
· Communicate regularly with manufacturing partners and vendors to align delivery schedules and forecasts.
Financial Planning and Analysis
· Build and maintain models for cost of goods and demand forecasts
· Reconcile inventory regularly between the operational and financial systems
· Coordinate component information across all inventories
· Perform variance analysis and summarize key findings for leadership
New Product Launch and Market Evaluation
· Gather market, pricing and competitive data and analyze trends to support new product evaluation
· Prepare financial scenarios and cost analyses for new product launches as directed by senior management
· Prepare required documents for new product launch with trading partners
· Assess lead times, costs, and related to new product introductions
Project Management
- Manage projects as assigned and develop project timelines, deliverables, and status
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays to leadership
- Support planning and execution of new product launch activities, ensuring alignment
- Assist in implementing new operational or process improvements by coordinating tasks
- Maintain organized project documentation, including assumptions and decisions
General Responsibilities
· Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
· Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical judgment
· Support opportunities to improve processes and take on new challenges
Qualifications
· Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, supply chain or technical field
· 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, operations planning, or supply chain; experience in pharmaceutical or similar industry preferred
· Strong Excel skills; experience with Access, SQL, ERP, or planning tools preferred
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small company environment
· Must be available to work on-site in Niles, IL
Pay: From $62,500.00 per year
