Position: Program Analyst / Executive Assistant

Work Location: Arlington, VA (100% onsite)

We are seeking a Program Analyst/Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program management and operational administrative duties related to the execution, coordination, and management of DoD activities, including but not limited to:

  • Daily communication with flag officer-level DSCA personnel to coordinate activities.
  • Interface with task management system.
  • Develop information materials for internal and external customers and staff.
  • Develop information materials including - Fact sheets, speech cards and speaking engagement materials, brochures, booklets, presentations, white papers, etc., that increases communication with the target audience.
  • Proofread, edit, and format legislative correspondence, reports, and responses to Congressional inquiries.
  • Plan and conduct special projects or studies to analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendations on communication issues.
  • Research and analyze straightforward problems, issues, or program requirements.
  • Review information and apply standard analytical techniques and develop recommendations to improve customer service.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of recent experience supporting senior level DoD staff (flag officer- equivalent), security cooperation and/or international cooperation; DSCA, Foreign Military Sales, International and Partner Programs preferred.
  • Highly articulate in speech and written form of communication.
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision in a highly visible and high operational tempo organization.
  • MS Office Suite experience.
