A Day in the Life

Join the Invoice to Cash team for a 12-month paid internship where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the financial operations that keep our supply chain running. You will work across Finance, Sales and Supply Chain with multiple managers and cross‑functional partners; team size varies.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Financial Operations: Support accounts receivable tasks, payment processing, and deduction research to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Help prepare I2C reports and analyze customer account data to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement & Tech: Contribute to projects to standardize and automate I2C workflows using ERP tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external customers to resolve account issues and improve service.

We Are Looking For

  • Have recently earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree (0-2 years of experience).
  • Possess strong analytical skills (an engineering degree is a plus).
  • Are proficient in Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Are a strong communicator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Are self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a customer-service mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence.
