Who We Are: The Processing Depot is a Credit Card Processing Firm that has been family owned and operated since its inception in 2014, and we are looking to add 5 brand new faces to our Lead Development team Simply put, we go the extra mile for our employees, and in turn we ask them to keep working hard, and that is what makes the true difference in our relationship with our staff.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects and build rapport.

- Research and identify target markets and industries to focus on for lead generation.

- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong persuasive abilities.

- Ability to secure potential you don't ask, don't expect results.

- Proficient in using CRM software and experience with an automatic dialer.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Our pay structure includes a BASE pay PLUS COMMISSION pay AND BONUS incentives from day 1 of your employment**
