As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with staff and visitors, providing strong customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols to maintain a secure environment and respond promptly to situations as they arise. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and report any irregular conditions or potential security-related hazards found during patrols to the designated supervisor or client point of contact.
• Assist with controlling access to the facility, verifying credentials as required and directing visitors or delivery personnel as needed.
• Support the maintenance of order during shift hours, helping to deter disturbances and/or unauthorized access within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Document all activities, incidents, or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
