Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for our campus segment account at Loyola University New Orleans located in New Orleans, LA. This Retail Manager will be soley responsible for the Chick-fil-A operations on campus. Sodexo - Loyola Dining is located on the beautiful Loyola New Orleans Campus. Chick Fil A is located in our newly renovated Dana Center. It has quickly become one of the fastest growing operations on campus and is a favorite of the students and surrounding neighborhoods. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do

  • lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes
  • train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.
  • conduct retail brand standard audits (in-house and national brands)
  • maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands)
  • manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily retail food service operations
  • ensure all needed signage (including digital) is in place
  • manage vendor relationships and compliance
  • maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
