Prime Video is searching for a Sr. Digital Program Manager - Digital Supply Chain who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnerships with world-renowned studios, lead a strategic improvement program, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. Key job responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
- Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
- Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
- Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
- Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management or a related field
- Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results
- Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines and with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
- Clear verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers, business, and technical teams at all levels
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management within large global organizations
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, tech, and operations counterparts to deliver meaningful customer experiences
- Advanced skills and experience with Excel and Access, or similar database
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to stakeholders and executives as required
- Master's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
