• Take charge of litigation cases, managing all stages from pre-suit to trial and resolution.


• Handle case deadlines, discovery processes, and overall progression with minimal supervision.


• Draft and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery materials.


• Manage complex discovery needs such as document productions, tracking deficiencies, and preparing exhibits.


• Coordinate with clients, experts, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors to ensure smooth case handling.


• Keep electronic case files and litigation calendars meticulously organized.


• Assist in trial preparation by managing witness coordination, assembling exhibit binders, and creating trial notebooks.


• Prepare timelines and other essential materials to support trial activities.


• Ensure all case-related communications and filings are completed accurately and on time.


• 5+ years of experience as a litigation Paralegal.


• Proficiency in handling discovery processes and trial preparation.


• Strong skills in drafting legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and subpoenas.


• Familiarity with case management software and electronic filing systems.


• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and external parties.


• Knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements.
