We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager who brings passion, precision, and purpose to every hire. In this role, you'll lead a team of recruiters who develop and execute the recruitment strategy for one of our Regal Rexnord operating segments and our early in career programs (Intern, Rotational and Co-Op.  You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to deliver exceptional talent strategies that fuel our growth and culture.

As a trusted advisor and coach, you'll drive performance excellence, champion a high-touch candidate experience, and cultivate strong relationships across the organization. You'll also play a critical role in developing recruiter capabilities, planning for future talent needs, and embedding performance and recognition into the fabric of your team's success.
 

Strategic TA Partnership
  • Work closely with HR Partners, hiring managers, and recruiters to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals, while maintaining strong partnerships to anticipate workforce needs and align talent priorities.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including HR partners, hiring managers, HR COEs, and leadership. Act as a trusted advisor, facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines.

  • Champion a high-touch candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication, setting clear expectations, and personalizing interactions. Ensure team is managing talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates through relationship-building strategies.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters who execute the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. This includes managing expectations, reducing friction points, and fostering trust throughout the hiring journey.

  • Use recruitment analytics to inform strategy, identify bottlenecks, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Translate data into actionable recommendations that resonate with stakeholders

  • Establish clear expectations and accountability frameworks to ensure recruiters consistently meet targets through regular coaching, performance reviews, and data-driven feedback loops.

  • Lead the adoption and optimization of recruitment tools and systems, including ATS (Workday Recruit), Sourcing Tools (LinkedIn, HireEZ, , Indeed), Data Insights (LinkedIn Talent Insights), and CRM, ensuring they support efficient workflows and enhance stakeholder collaboration.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational standards, including OFCCP and pay equity, while maintaining transparency and fairness in internal mobility and hiring decisions.

Leadership and Development
  • Lead by example, energizing your teams and setting high standards for performance. Coach recruiters on best practices, foster continuous learning, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, facilitate training on tools, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.

  • Identify and develop future leaders. Evaluate associate capabilities and ambitions, design development plans for high potential associates, and ensure readiness for expanded responsibilities.

  • Drive performance excellence by leading Regal Rexnord talent and performance management processes, including SMART goal setting and alignment with strategic initiatives, coaching and values demonstration, mid-year and year-end performance reviews and calibration, and merit-based recognition.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 7 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • 2 or more years of experience leading, coaching, and developing high performing teams

  • Proficiency in recruiting technologies (e.g., Workday, Workday Recruit, CRM, scheduling tools, sourcing tools)

  • Basic understanding of hiring compliance, including OFCCP

  • Experience managing early-in-career recruiting strategies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
