Responsibilities:

  • Provides an excellent selling experience for customers both in-store via phone calls;
  • Provides information to customer on stock availability, pricing, shipping, etc.;
  • Taking and filling orders in the system accurately and in a timely manner for walk-ins and inside sales;
  • Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit emergency orders, if necessary;
  • Maintain store product inventory levels and pick and consolidate orders;
  • Pull stock to fulfill and consolidate orders, perform other warehouse duties when required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of counter experience is preferred;
  • Some HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations;
  • Great customer service and communication skills;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
