Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is seeking a skilled and compassionate Overnight Veterinary Technician to join our hospital in Clearwater, FL.

As a family-owned veterinary hospital, we offer advanced and specialized veterinary services to our clients and referring veterinarians. Our team of veterinary professionals provide compassionate care and exceptional service to our patients and guests alike. The Overnight ICU Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to our hospitalized patients. With the support of our experienced team, you will have the opportunity to utilize and expand your skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency and critical care to patients in the ICU
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment
  • Perform diagnostic procedures and laboratory tests
  • Assist with surgical procedures and anesthesia monitoring
  • Provide compassionate care and support to pet owners during difficult times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a veterinary technician in an emergency or ICU setting
  • Certification as a Veterinary Technician is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of emergency and critical care procedures and protocols
