Job Summary:

We are hiring an Order Management Associate to support end-to-end order processing and coordination. This role involves entering customer orders, tracking order status, and working with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately in internal systems
  • Monitor order status and follow up with relevant teams as needed
  • Assist in resolving order discrepancies and documentation issues
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipment details
  • Communicate order updates to internal stakeholders
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards

Education Requirement

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in order management, operations, or customer support is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
