Job DescriptionResponsible for the coordination of the medical records identification and collection activities.
- Coordinates the preparation of the annual HEDIS medical record review.
- Prepares Annual HEDIS Medical Record abstraction and data entry training manual.
- Assists in collecting and data entering Supplemental Data to help with HEDIS rates.
- Assists in the Medical Record collection process including making phone calls to providers if assigned by manager.
- Downloads the files from Right Fax when needed.
- Require familiarity and competence in MS ACCESS, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- LPN or Certified Coder (if coder, must have extensive medical records experience)
- 3+ years medical records review
- Must have reliable transportation since this position will require travel (mileage will be expensed) and must be able to travel outside assigned region and not be limited in travel.
- Experience with MS Access, Excel, Word, Power Point
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, OT when necessary
Pay Rate: $20-$25, salary based on experience.
