Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across various departments, ensuring we attract top-tier talent that aligns with our innovative culture and strategic objectives. Your expertise in sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates will directly impact our company's success and growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, including software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, and other specialized roles.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media platforms, job boards, ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage and nurture talent pipelines through proactive outreach, cold calling, and relationship management to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process aligned with employment and labor law compliance.
  • Utilize research and lead generation techniques to identify passive candidates and build a diverse talent pool.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities within ATS and HRIS platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Participate in campus recruitment initiatives and build relationships with universities and technical schools to attract emerging talent.
  • Support employer branding efforts through social media management and participation in industry events to enhance our visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Assist in employee orientation, onboarding, and training & development programs to promote a positive candidate and new hire experience.
  • Stay informed on HR sourcing trends, employment law updates, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in technical recruiting, talent management, and executive recruiting.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, and HRIS systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, and UltiPro.
  • Knowledge of employment and labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
  • Ability to conduct effective interviewing, employee evaluation, and employee relations activities.
  • Skilled in research, cold calling, lead generation, and social media management to attract passive candidates.
  • Experience with campus recruitment, succession planning, and training & development initiatives.
  • Adept at using recruitment metrics and analytics to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
