Pay Rate: $20.00/hr to $26.00/hr depending on experience

Work hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist service and maintenance team on residential and commercial HVAC service calls
  • Excellent communication with homeowners
  • Manage project timelines and work scope
  • Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily - be someone we can count on
  • Ability to keep track of tools and be well-organized
  • Be self-sufficient and willing to learn
  • Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store
  • Maintain a professional appearance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • 6+ months of experience with residential retrofit installation experience
  • Acquire EPA Universal Certification within 3 months
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
  • Knowledge of building science principles is a major plus but not required; one must be willing to learn
  • Stellar mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mentality
  • An awesome attitude and is a great team player
