Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with payment service providers (PSPs), enterprises, financial institutions, middleware providers, and card networks.
  • Lead high-value negotiations from initial outreach through due diligence, deal structuring, and launch.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Growth teams to ensure successful execution and integration of partnerships.
  • Track emerging payments trends across regions and sectors to inform broader strategy and business priorities.
  • Represent the organization externally at industry events, media engagements, and key strategic discussions to advance our position as a global settlement layer.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as an investor or operator within fintech, crypto, or related venture ecosystems.
  • Deep familiarity with the payments landscape and its evolving infrastructure.
  • Proven success in closing complex deals and driving partnerships from concept to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics that foster ecosystem health and growth.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
