Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking dependable, high-energy Shift Leaders to help run shifts, support the team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who wants to take the next step in their career, gain real management experience, and grow with a fun, fast-paced brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and support daily operations
- Supervise and motivate team members during service
- Ensure excellent guest service and speed of service
- Assist with training new hires and coaching the team
- Handle cash, drawers, and basic reporting
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Support labor control and coverage during each shift
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Leadership or key-holder experience a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism
- Desire to grow into Assistant Manager or General Manager
