About the Role

Our customers already know us by name, and we're looking for a third face of Molly's — someone who will lead with integrity, reliability, and genuine love for both dogs and people.

We're looking for a reliable, driven, and compassionate leader to oversee all daily operations and ensure that every day at Molly's runs safely, smoothly, and joyfully — for both dogs and humans.

This role is ideal for someone who:

You'll be the bridge between our team, our clients, and ownership — guiding daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring our culture of trust and hospitality thrives.

Pay will be determined by experience, knowledge of the dog space, and your ability to carry the load alongside the owner. For the right person, there is an opportunity to earn into an ownership stake.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Daily Operations

Oversee daycare, boarding, grooming, and training programs to ensure safety, structure, and exceptional care every day.

Be a Face of Molly's

Build meaningful relationships with our customers and their dogs — showing the same warmth and integrity that define our brand.

Own the Team Culture

Recruit, train, schedule, and lead a team of caring professionals. Address attendance, accountability, and performance issues with fairness and consistency. Foster a dependable, motivated environment where showing up matters.

Deliver Operational Excellence

Partner with ownership to manage staffing, daily revenue goals, and budgets. Anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and streamline systems to keep operations running efficiently.

Stay Hands-On

Jump in wherever needed — from play groups to customer service — modeling the same work ethic and care you expect from your team.

Prioritize Safety and Hospitality

Maintain safety logs, ensure protocols are followed, and uphold the Molly's Standard of Care across every detail of the operation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a dog daycare, boarding, or training environment (required).
• Deep understanding of dog behavior, playgroup dynamics, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills — warm, professional, and honest
• Highly reliable with a strong sense of ownership and pride in their work
• Skilled at managing people, systems, and time — even on the busiest days
• Financial acumen and comfort working toward revenue and efficiency goals
• Passion for dogs and commitment to individualized, humane care
