About the RoleWere looking for a driven, energetic, and curious SDR who thrives on generating pipeline and engaging decision-makers. This role is a key part of our sales engine youll be the first impression of Code District, sparking conversations with potential customers and uncovering opportunities that lead to revenue.
Youll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute targeted outbound campaigns and support our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy. If youre passionate about technology, love the hunt, and are motivated by performance, this role is for you.
What Youll DoLead outreach efforts through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Code Districts services.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, understand their pain points, and qualify their potential fit.
Consistently meet or exceed targets for outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of outreach and pipeline activity using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and tailor messaging that aligns with ABM tactics.
Share insights and feedback from prospect interactions to support marketing and product alignment.
13 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Account Executive role, preferably in SaaS or a tech company.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline generation goals.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, , or similar) and sales engagement tools like Outreach or Apollo.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS or working at a high-growth startup.
Experience working with North American markets and time zones.
Understanding of the end-to-end customer lifecycle and how outbound efforts align with broader sales strategies.
